ARE ALL ITEMS
READY STOCK?
Yes, our items are all exisiting & ready
stock. Once payment is received, we can mail item out to you.
WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY CONTACT NUMBER IN THE ORDER?
We usually print your contact number together
with the address.
This can help in any case of lost or undelivered parcels.
HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT THE PARCEL WILL REACH ME?
If you are concern with the creditability of
SingPost's Normal mail, we will recommend the registered mail or
Speedpost option. Both these options come with tracking numbers which
you can monitor.
WHAT IF I NEED
TO RECEIVE THE ITEM URGENTLY?
We will strongly recommend to deliver the item
via speedpost ($9.15 and will be able to receive it within 1 day).
CAN I MEETUP WITH
YOU TO COLLECT THE ITEM AFTER MAKING PAYMENT?
Sorry, we do not conduct meet ups. Delivery
of items is via post or courier services only.
WILL YOU BE BRINGING
BACK THE SOLD OUT ITEMS?
We may bring back some of the sold out items if
the stocks permit. However, normally, we will replace the sold out
items with newer designs. Thus we encourage our customers to be on our
mailing list to receive timely updates.
CAN I CHECK
IF THE ITEM(S) IS/ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?
Yes, upon receiving
your enquiry via email, we will check and revert.
Do take note, no reservations will be placed for pre-order enquires. Items
are on first come first serve basis.
HOW FAST
WILL I BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Technically, you should be able to receive your
item within 7 working days (Normal mail + Singapore address) after payment.
The item(s) will be posted out within 3 working days after we receive
the payment. And we will inform you accordingly.
The length of delivery time depends on the mode of delivery chosen.
Speedpost: 1 day
Registered mail: 1to 2 days
Normal mail:
3 - 5 days
International mail: depends on the country. Normally takes around 7 -
14 days

otherwise stated.
CAN I ARRANGE
TO MEET-UP TO TRY/VIEW THE PRODUCTS BEFORE BUYING?
Sorry, we do not conduct meetups. Orders are
via online only.
DO YOU HAVE
A RETAIL SHOP?
We do not have any retail fronts, orders are
via online only.
HOW DO I PLACE ORDER?
1. Select your preferred items from our online catalogue.
2. Send your order via email to sales@mela-co.com.
3. We will send you the invoice with the total amount payable including
the postage charges within 3 working days
4. Payment is to be received within 3 days from the date indicated in
the invoice.
5. Your item(s) will be send out within 3 working days after payment is
received.

HOW DO I
MAKE PAYMENT?
We accept two forms of payment:
1. Local Bank Transfer
Payments can be made to our POSB Savings Account, OCBC Current Account
or UOB Campus Account.
Account details will be provided in our invoice issued to you after we
received your order.
For international customers who wish to pay via bank telegraphic transfer
(TT), please note that all bank charges will be borne
by the customers.
2. Paypal
For customers who wish to pay via Paypal, please indicatein your email
order.
We will send out a payment request to you, kindly make your payment through
the received payment request.
Please note, for payment with Paypal, there is an additional 4.5% payment
charge on top of the total payable amount.
HOW WILL THE ITEMS
BE SENT TO ME?
Your items will
be posted out using the SingPost's postal services.
Choices of postal services includes normal local mail, local registered
mail, AM Mail (Doorstep), AM Mail (Letterbox),
Speedpost (same day delivery), international mail or registered international
mail for overseas buyers.

HOW ARE THE POSTAGE
CHARGES CALCULATED
Normal Local Mail
Postage will be calculated based on SingPost's rates. Rates are between
S$0.80 - S$3.35 depending on weight of parcel.
Local Registered Mail
Additional Registered Mail Fee of S$2.30 will be added on top of the normal
postage charges for orders to be send via registered
mail.
SpeedPost (Same Day Delivery)
Flat rate of $9.15 for 3kg and below.
International Mail
International orders will be sent out from Singapore via Singapore Post,
either with normal international airmail or international
EMS service. Charges for international orders will vary depending on the
type of shipping service required and weight. Actual
shipping will be quoted based on order quantity. For all international
orders, we will indicate item as a gift during declaration to
minimize on tax charges but any sales tax incurred is the sole responsibility
of the customer.
Registered International Mail
Additional Registered Mail Fee of S$2.30 will be added on top of the postage
charges for orders to be send via registered
international mail.

CAN I REQUEST TO
EXCHANGE IF THE SIZE DO NOT FIT
Yes, we can arrange exchanges. Our exchange
policies and procedures are as such:
1. Exchange
requests are to reach us via email within 7 days from the date item is
posted.
2. SMS and MSN notices are not accepted.
3. Exchange is allowed for item with genuine manufacture defect and requests
to change size of the garment
4. All exchange requests are subjected to the stocks availability.
5. Strictly no exchange will be allowed if tag is removed or item has
been washed/used/damaged/dirtied in any way.
6. Strictly no exchange will be allowed for reasons such as , slight difference
in the shade of colour, thread fray ends,
wrinkles, slight misalignment of seams and difference in inner lining
designs (for bags)
7. Postage cost (i.e postage fee, Registered Mail and Speedpost charges
) will not be returned in any case of refunds
8. No monetary refunds are allowed. Customers can use their balance (if
any) to offset their next purchase.
