CHOICES & POSTAGE CHARGES FOR POSTAL SERVICES

Courier Services (Local) -
- Deliver item(s) to your home / office.
- Can choose delivery time. Delivery can be made between 2 - 10 pm (Monday - Friday).
- Parcel comes with a tracking number.
- Charges : 1 to 6 items - S$ 7.00 | 7 - 10 items - S$ 10.00 | 10 - 15 items - S$ 13.00
- 'Items' refers to clothings. Due to the size and weight, winter coats & bags will come under the $10.00/$15.00 rates.
- Mela-Co will access and advise the most cost savings charges.
- Customers are advised to give Mela-Co at least 1 day notice to make delivery arrangments (after payment).

Normal Local Mail (Default Choice)
- Delivery time takes between 3 - 5 working days.
- No tracking number available.
- Will receive the parcel in your mailbox.
- Postage will be based on SingPost's rates.
- Charges: Normal Postage cost between S$1.50 - S$3.35,depending on weight of parcel.

Local Registered Mail (Stopped till 31 May 2010)
- Delivery time takes between 2 - 3 working days
- Comes with registered mail article tracking number
- Parcel will be delivered to door
- Additional Registered Mail Fee of S$2.30 to be charged on top of the normal postage charges.

AM Mail (Doorstep)
- Delivered to doorstep before 11am on the next working day
- Payment must be completed before 2 pm the previous day
- Only applicable for clothings up to 300g (i.e 1 piece of Top/Dress, not applicable for winter coats/bags)
- Note: Item will be left at your doorstep if SingPost is unable to get a response from you during their delivery attempt
- Flat rate of $3.90.

AM Mail (Letterbox)
- Delivered to your letterbox before 11am on the next working day
- Payment must be completed before 2pm the previous day
- Only applicable for clothings up to 300g (i.e 1 piece of Top/Dress, not applicable for winter coats/bags)
- Flat rate of $2.60.

Speedpost (Same day delivery) (Stopped till 31 May 2010)
- 1 day delivery, items can be received by 6pm on the day of posting (Weekday) or before 1pm on Saturdays.
- Tracking number will be provided
- You can choose delivery date otherwise will post out on the next working day.
- Take note that delivery time cannot be specfiy as it is subjected to SingPost's schedule
- Flat rate of $9.15 for 3kg and below.

Registered International Mail (Stopped till 31 May 2010)
- Delivery time is to be advised as its subjected to the location of delivery address
- Tracking number will be given to registered international mails.
- Charges for international orders will vary depending on the type of shipping service required and weight.
- Actual shipping will be quoted based on order quantity.
- For all international orders, we will indicate item as a gift during declaration to minimize on tax charges
but any sales tax incurred is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Additional Registered Mail Fee of S$2.30 will be added on top of the postage charges for orders to be send via registered
international mail.

Order for 1 Bag which weights 300g after packing
Mail option chosen: Normal Local Mail
Postage cost: $1.50

Example 2:
Order for 1 Bag which weights 300g after packing
Mail option chosen: Registered Local Mail
Postage cost : $1.50 + $2.30 = $3.80

Example 3:
Order 1 Bag which weights 300g after packing
Mail option chosen: Speedpost
Postage cost: $9.15

Example 4:
Order for 1 Top which weights 300g after packing
Mail Option chosen: AM Mail Doorstep
Postage cost: $ 3.90

Example 5:
Order for 1 Top which weights 300g after packing
Mail Option chosen: AM Mail Letterbox
Postage cost: $ 2.60

Example 6:
Order for 1 Top which weights 300g after packing
Mail option chosen: Courier
Postage cost : S$ 7.00

Example 7:
Order for 8 items
Mail option chosen: Courier
Postage cost : S$ 10.00

MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept two forms of payment:
1. Local Bank Transfer
Payments can be made to our
- POSB Savings Account(Default Choice) or
- OCBC Current Account or
- UOB Campus Account
Account details will be provided in our invoice issued to you after we received your order.
For international customers who wish to pay via bank telegraphic transfer (TT), please note that all bank charges will be borne by the customers.

2. Paypal (Paypal, VISA or Master Card Via Paypal)
For customers who wish to pay via Paypal, Visa or Master, please indicate in your email order.
We will send out a payment request to you, kindly make your payment through the received payment request.
Please note, for payment with Paypal, there is an additional 4.5% payment charge on top of the total payable amount.
