TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Prices of all items are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and excludes postage cost
- Payments is to be made within 3 days upon confirmation.
- Items will only be mailed out after payment has been made.
- Item (s) will be reserved for 3 days after confirmation. If no payment is not received, item (s) will be placed up for sale.
- Exchange is only for item with genuine manufacture defects and size exchange.
- Strictly no exchange will be allowed if the Mela-Co tag is removed or item has been washed/used/damaged/dirtied.
- We do not entertain exchange requests due to change of mind after purchase, slight difference in the shade of colour,
thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight misalignment of seams and differences in inner lining designs (for bags).
- Postage cost (i.e postage fee, Registered Mail and Speedpost charges ) will not be returned in any case of refunds.
- We do not conduct any meetups for exchange, trial or viewing of the products.
- We will not be responsible if items are lost/damaged in the post.
